I’ve been an out of state landlord of multiple properties for 11 years. With mixed results using other property management companies, JK has made my life so much easier. My tenants are fellow humans that JK ensures are set up for success and aware that their condo or house is our investment…there’s a great balance of respect from both sides. I’m so happy we switched PM companies. In fact, for the first time in years, I can confidently excuse myself from managing property improvement projects because they have a dedicated maintenance and enhancement manager with decades of contractor experience. Everyone I work with at JK has a tremendously pleasant attitude, they have great communication systems so everyone knows what I’m calling about and the owner, Kelley, makes time for conversations whenever I need advice as we take great care of our tenants. The fact I can do this effectively from two states away is immensely rare and I can’t be more impressed and grateful. What an amazing team!

I moved from out of state and getting a hold of this management company for a rental was the best decision I've ever had. They helped me in every way from the application to getting my keys. I felt very assured with Robin helping me through the process. Steven was very helpful with me getting to know my new home. They have answered every question within a timely manner. I've honestly never met any team so willing to be there with a friendly attitude in my 20 years of renting.

I've been with J&K since 2014 and I really recommend you give them a shot. Whether you are a renter or an owner, their policies are fair and straight forward. If you have any doubts about what you're signing up for, ask plenty of questions and you'll be happy that you're paired with a company that is honest and keeps their end of the bargain.

I have been renting from J&K for 10 years now and have had no issues. Recently, I came home from an out of town trip around 4:00 p.m. to a furnace that was not working. I called J&K and left a message and within minutes I received a call back from KellEy the owner. She immediately dispatched AT Klemmens, who showed up within the hour and fixed it in 30 minutes. KellEy called me at 5:45 to make sure my furnace was fixed. Very Appreciative! People need to remember to treat others how they themselves would want to be treated. Well done J&K!
